With the participation of 690 children from Colonies, began the Summer Sports Day, which for 3 years have been developed jointly by the Policia Nacional and the company Talleres Industriales S.A. in the province of Colón.
The initiative that also includes the dynamics of motivational talks and values dictated by Engineer Rafael Arosemena, founding member of Talleres Industriales SA, allows creating spaces conducive for children, youth and adults, to value and promote a culture of improvement in their sectors .
Talleres Industriales S.A. and the Policia Nacional, have adapted two soccer fields, located in the grounds of the old Colón prison. The categories that will play are the sub-9 and sub-11. On the other hand, the sports field of the Republic of Bolivia school will host the First Volleyball League for girls.
With this alliance, Talleres Industriales S.A., reaffirms its commitment to the youth colonense, giving them the opportunity to learn more about the importance of study and training in values to distance them from social pressures and violence.
